Whitney Mongiat to Divorce Bully Husband

Whitney Mongiat, the 30-year-old woman who was filmed by her husband James having an uncontrolled behavior in their car after he said he can't take her to the lake on a hot Saturday has hit back at her husband by saying she is going to file for divorce after just 14 months of marriage.

James said he recorded the scene so he could show the world what he had to go through. His wife has now offered her side of the story, claiming she felt like she was being bullied during their short marriage.

She said her breakdown was caused by him egging her on and that she felt like she was being bullied.

James meanwhile has stood by his claim that her actions were an 'ongoing thing,' causing the disintegration of their marriage after only 14 months.

He also told the site he had no regrets about posting the video online and his friends had supported his actions

The couple was married on May 5 last year in a beautiful outdoor ceremony in Knoxville, TN., surrounded by family and friends.

Imperial Beach Standoff: America's Most Wanted Fugitive Arrested

Ramiro Espinoza, one of San Diego County's top 10 most wanted fugitives was arrested after an 8 long hours of SWAT standoff in Imperial Beach late Thursday afternoon until early Friday morning.

The incident began when a deputy responding to a report of gunfire in the area approached the 34-year-old criminal and he allegedly jumped over a fence and took off running.

Deputies set up a perimeter in an area that included 22 homes, which were evacuated and searched one-by-one, Sheriff's spokeswoman Jan Caldwell said.

Displaced residents were invited to go to nearby Mar Vista High School, where the Red Cross set up a temporary shelter, complete with food, water and beds for the night.

According to the Sheriff's Department's website, the 5-foot-5, 150-pound Espinoza was wanted on suspicion of attempted murder, domestic violence, felony assault and being a felon in possession of a weapon. He has a history of narcotics and domestic violence and has recently been involved in a series of violent domestic crimes in multiple areas of the county, including the Spring Valley area.

He was taken into custody in the 300 block of Elkwood Avenue after the incident. - http://www.cbs8.com

"The Voice of the Philippines Battle Rounds" Begin; Watch the Competition Video Here

In the second phase of "The Voice of the Philippines" competition called the Battle Rounds, just like the format used in over 50 countries, two artists from the same team are pitted against each other by their coach to trim down the number of members by half.

The original Netherlands competition, as well as its popular versions in the United States and the United Kingdom, have coaches entering 12 artists each into the Battle Rounds, allowing them to evenly pair up members. But with ABS-CBN's version, all four coaches - Lea Salonga, Sarah Geronimo, Bamboo and apl.de.ap recruied 13 artists each going into the Battle Rounds.

To address the odd number of "pairing" in this phase of the competition, one group will be composed of three artists, with only one moving on to "The Voice of the Philippines Live Shows" with the 6 artists each coaches picked to win in the Battle Rounds competing in this final round of the competition.

A Braver Kick-Ass, Hit Girl and Red Mist vs. Bad-ass Colonel Stars and Stripes in "Kick-Ass 2"

Kick-Ass, Hit Girl and Red Mist return for the follow-up to 2010’s irreverent global hit: Kick-Ass 2

After Kick-Ass’ (Aaron Taylor-Johnson) insane bravery inspires a new wave of self-made masked crusaders, led by the badass Colonel Stars and Stripes (Jim Carrey), our hero joins them on patrol. When these amateur superheroes are hunted down by Red Mist (Christopher Mintz-Plasse) - reborn as The Mother F%&*^r - only the blade-wielding Hit Girl (Chloe Grace Moretz) can prevent their annihilation. When we last saw junior assassin Hit Girl and young vigilante Kick-Ass, they were trying to live as normal teenagers Mindy and Dave. With graduation looming and uncertain what to do, Dave decides to start the world’s first superhero team with Mindy.

Unfortunately, when Mindy is busted for sneaking out as Hit Girl, she’s forced to retire—leaving her to navigate the terrifying world of high-school mean girls on her own. With no one left to turn to, Dave joins forces with Justice Forever, run by a born-again ex-mobster named Colonel Stars and Stripes. Just as they start to make a real difference on the streets, the world’s first super villain, The Mother F%&*^r, assembles his own evil league and puts a plan in motion to make Kick-Ass and Hit Girl pay for what they did to his dad. But there’s only one problem with his scheme: If you mess with one member of Justice Forever, you mess with them all.

"Kick-Ass 2" is released and distributed by United International Pictures through Solar Entertainment Corporation.

Google Founder Sergey Brin Joins Vince Vaughn and Owen Wilson in “The Internship” Movie

Google Founder Sergey Brin Joins Vince Vaughn and Owen Wilson in “The Internship” Movie

From his blockbuster works such as “Real Steel,” “Cheaper By The Dozen,” “Night at the Museum 1 & 2,” and “Date Night,” filmmaker Shawn Levy brings in the outcasts, the obsolete and the nerds in the upcoming comedy movie “The Internship” starring Vince Vaughn and Owen Wilson.

“The Internship” finds Nick (Wilson) and his partner Billy (Vaughn), as two newly unemployed watch salesman trying to find employment with a limited skill-set in a world that appears to have passed them by.

As salesmen they are incredibly good at what they do,” says Levy, “but the whole profession of selling in person, in an age where most people are increasingly buying their goods on the Internet, is on the wane. So they are downsized, suddenly unemployed, and Vince's character comes up with this idea of applying for an internship at Google, a company that represents the vanguard of the new economy. It's a long shot, but this possibility of self-reinvention is exciting to Billy and Nick and they take their shot.”

If you're going to team Owen and Vince, a duo that is arguably one of the most special in comedy, you need to build characters that exploit their natural personalities. So you haveOwen’s character Nick, who is a bit more laconic, very positive, very much - to quote his character - 'a blue sky artist'. He’s an optimist, but we meet him in a moment when he's been thrown back on his heels. Although he is working for a rather unlikable character, he is still soulful and has an original perspective on life. Vince, meanwhile, plays Billy who is a fast talker, a big dreamer, makes lots of plans, has alot of big ideas, but can't always put it all together. They've been friends since they were kids, and we get a real sense of that history, and they have a very easy rapport that mirrors the chemistry and rapport between Vince and Owen in real life,” narrates Levy of the duo’s characters.

Director Levy further reveals that Sergey Brin, founder of Google made cameo appearances, “I've got him in there twice. The cameo that everyone recognizes is at the end when he says, ‘Congratulations boys,’ to Owen and Vince. But if you look closely, when Vince and Owen arrive at Google and they're looking around at this fantastical strange workplace, there's a point of view shot showing a man in yoga clothes on an elliptical bicycle wearing big neon green fluffy slipper shoes and a pair of futuristic glasses with a computer screen above the eyebrow. That too is Sergey Brin.

Here’s more, we had a sign-up sheet for real Googlers - which is what they call themselves - to be extras in the movie and we had hundreds of people who wanted to play background performers. So most of the extras you see in the exteriors at Google are real Googlers, and they were the most directable and intelligent extras I've ever had in my life. Probably because they were wildly over qualified and over educated,” enthuses Levy.

“The Internship” will open in cinemas starting August 14 from 20th Century Fox to be distributed by Warner Bros.

Nash Aguas and Alexa Ilacad Unlikely Relationships Develop

The rivalry between the school bad boy and little miss perfect is set aside, revealing true feelings as Benj (Nash Aguas) rescues Lexie (Alexa Ilacad) in this Sunday’s (July 28) episode of “LUV U”.

After all the chaos that the teens had caused, particularly with sabotaged long test review sessions and photo scandal ideas, Principal Spencer (Smokey Manaloto) decides to announce a warning to the students that if any other nasty pranks are to happen on campus, the next step that he would have to take would be to inform their parents of their bad behavior.

Benj, often not given enough affection by his busy mom and dad, takes this as an opportunity to get their attention. He cooks up another sneaky scheme, actually hoping to get himself into trouble - but the problem is that other people, particularly Lexie, are put at risk by his actions.

Meanwhile, another unlikely friendship is about to be formed as Archie (Kobi Vidanes) notices that Shirley (Sharlene San Pedro) has been going to class without food or allowance.

Stay tuned for a surprising turn of events that are about to take place between the boys and the girls this Sunday (July 28) in “LUV U”, airing after “ASAP 18” on ABS-CBN Channel 2.

‘Talentadong Pinoy Worldwide’ Middle East Winner Announced

TV5’s Talentadong Pinoy Middle East, the biggest reality talent show on television today showcasing the Pinoy artist’s talent in various entertainment fields, held a series of auditions in key cities in the Middle East, including Abu Dhabi, Doha, Riyadh, Jeddah, and Dubai, displaying again how the show, while still very much Filipino, is truly world-class.

Since any talent is welcome, hundreds auditioned, including a very diverse set of entertainers: magicians, gymnasts, stand-up comics, ventriloquists, painters, dancers, and singers, all aiming to impress the show’s picky judges, or “Talent Scouts,” including celebrities Gelli De Belen, Marvin Agustin, and Arnel Ignacio.

It was the first time for TV5 to stage such a big production for one of its high-rating programs outside the country. After four qualifying rounds, six grand finalists were selected, including a surprise tie and a wild card, all determined to take home the $10,000 cash prize. Ryan Agoncillo also flew to Dubai to host the finals . The Talentadong Pinoy Middle East grand winner will get the chance to compete in the Battle of the Champions in Manila in August. The four semi-final rounds started airing exclusively on KapatidTV5 worldwide beginning June 29. Watch out for the grand finals that is also set to air in the Philippines on July 28. Kapatid TV5 is the 24-hour entertainment channel of TV5 International, seen by Filipinos in the United States, Canada, Middle East, Europe , North Africa and Asia.

Meanwhile, TV5 International has recently expanded its coverage via mobile content with Zain and Du telecoms in the Middle East as well as via IPTV with Fetch TV in Australia.
